When we install a new roof, we include removing and disposing of shingles, cleaning the work area, roof underlayment, ice/water shields, aluminum flashings, roof edges, vents, boots flashing, plastic cap nails, and shingles.

If any plywood needs to be replaced, we will show you the damaged areas before replacing. Our roofs are guaranteed for up to ten years depending on the roof quality you choose!

Our vinyl siding comes in many different color combinations and trim options to customize your homes decor. It's warranty is five years for workmanship and all manufacturer's warranties apply!
