resurfacing

Our most economical way of brightening and renewing your kitchen cabinets is to resurface them. When we resurface kitchen cabinets we spray a two-part urethane coating over them. Most kitchens take less than one week. We start by removing all doors and hardware, then clean and sand the cabinets. We carefully mask off all areas not to be resurfaced and then we primer the cabinets. Finally, we top coat the cabinets with our exclusive two part urethane coating.

This coating is a solid (non translucent) color. It gives the cabinets a “painted” or “lacquered” look. But it is better because paint and lacquer tend to yellow and chips easily, our two-part urethane does not. When we resurface your cabinets, all options are possible. We can re-use your existing hardware or replace it; we can reuse your existing doors or replace them; we can resurface your cabinets in any color or a combination of more than one color. Your imagination is the limit.

refacing

Cabinet refacing is the process of replacing cabinet doors and relaminating the face and end panels with a matching material. This process makes old cabinets with solid frames look like new. Cabinets can be refaced to look like any new cabinet style. We have lower priced options which include: Rigid Thermoil Foil Doors that are raised panel Appalachian Oak, Natural Maple, and many more.

Or for slightly more solid wood doors such as flat panel oak stained in the color of your choice. We can reface your cabinets in any custom or high end finish you can imagine for less time, money and mess than brand new. Finishes such as natural cherry w/a chocolate glaze or pickled raised panel maple or many more!

refinishing

Cabinets of superior quality can be refinished in order to revitalize the appearance or change the color. If the doors, cabinets and panels are all solid wood (not a wood veneer) often refinishing is the best option.

If you like the style of your door, sometimes it is practical to refinish it. The door can either be stripped and stained back to it’s original color or changed if you want a different look.

replacing

We sell high quality reasonably priced semi-custom cabinets. A semi-custom cabinet is a high quality cabinet at a stock cabinet price that has some custom options available at a reasonable up-charge.
