20 Kids Class Gingerbread House Decorating Let the kids create the centerpiece for the holidays This is a very popular class as they decorate gingerbread houses using the items from the Candy Buffet and the imaginations.

 

 

JANUARY
3 Breakfast Foods for Kids 11am-1pm Making pancakes from scratch and using fruits and confections to liven them up! French toast, waffles, burritos, and sandwiches for the morning.
5 Healthy Dinning Come and enjoy the new year with hearty healthy cuisine Balsamic Chicken, herbed Vinaigrette Salmon, Mock Mashed Potatoes, and Cherry Almond Clusters.
7 Chinese Cuisine Intro to Chinese cooking-creativeness, heating methods, sauces and proper techniques to create some favorite foods such as Egg Rolls, Savory Stir Fry and Sweet Desserts.
9 Sweet & Savory Fondue Fondue using beef, poultry, cheese and chocolate with both oil based and broth based cooking mediums, Also the dips and sides that make it a full meal.

10 Sicilian Feast Adults

Enjoy the flavors of Sicily starting with Stuffed Calamari then a Sicilian Harvest Salad, Artichoke Risotto, Chicken and Sicilian Cake.
12 Crock Pot Cooking Incorporating proper methods using beef, pork, chicken, and just plain veggies to get a rich, moist meal every time.
14 Super Bowl Bash No football party is complete without a good spicy Chili and Pizza Bites also we will prepare Teriyaki Chicken Wings and Chicken Empanadas w/ Chili Con Queso Dip.

21 Cooking in the Bayou Just what you expect and then some. Jambalaya, Creole, Estoffer also working with the sauces that are not unpalatable.
26 Carb Conscious Cooking Food don't have to be bland-working with herbs and spices, fresh and dried fruits, as well as ways to bake and steam with flavor.
28 Cinnamon Roll Making
From making the dough and filling to all the other goodies that can come from it.
30 Taste of Asia Techniques and tips will be discussed and then we will use different cooking methods to create foods from Hong Kong and Thailand.

31 Flavors of Spain

A very popular cuisine with every changing ingredients this time we will prepare a Chicken and Chorizo paella, Spanish Beef w/ Manchego Onions and a Spanish Tortilla to name a few.
